Before You Light It Up
Give it time to warm up. Molten uses real wax that has to heat before it moves. Allow about 1.5 hours after switching on for the wax to start flowing. This is normal.
The glass gets warm. The glass column warms up during use. Please don’t touch it while the lamp is on, and let it cool before handling, moving, or cleaning.
Keep it stable. The glass column is removable and sits in the base, and the lamp stands 49.2 inches tall. Place it on a flat, level surface away from walkways, with the base secure and the glass fully seated. In homes with children or pets, position the lamp where it can’t be bumped, pulled, or knocked over. Never let children play with or near the lamp unsupervised.
Handle with care. Turn off and unplug the lamp and let it cool before moving it. Keep the cord out of walkways. Turn off when unattended. Indoor use only.
